Had this, hated it. Why? TV channels were only the most basic, all the ones I liked in my previous FiOS were gone. The telephone began ringing with sales calls as soon as it was turned up, 4 or more per day. I gave the number to nobody. I told them it was bad, they took the phone back, gave me my channels, upped my speed to 25 Mbit and took away my right to cancel before 24 mos. (mine included DVR, no $250) Went to BB and bought Ooma, all is well.
