I purchased one on eBay about a month ago. View angles are not the best. You have to have it right in front of you. There are plenty of Roms as well that you can use. I am on a gingerbread rom. Ice cream sandwich should be ready in a month.

I paid $190. It was listed in excellent condition and came with a keyboard. It was under warranty as well. I don't think I would pay more than $200 for it, due to the poor viewing angles and reflection.
