AVIOD! Buy/dot/com has horrible reture policy on oversize TV. They basically will not accept returns even it is defected product. For the rebate, if your TV is not working properly. Buy/dot/com will not accept returns and the Viewsonic will not accept a damaged box which the rebate required the cut out from Org. UPC code from the box. Bascially, you will stuck with a defected TV and you can't get your $150 dollars rebate back.
A $720 defected TV is priceless for your living or bedroom.
This is a shitty deal, I agree, burp buy.com and burp every other online retailer who don't back up their products. If you buy anything from these motherfuckers you better expect to pay like way under the price u can get anywhere else. This is not the case on this TV, it is overpriced as is.
Look on Newegg for reviews (40 of them). After reading those, this TV looks like the plague.

#1, totally agree with u! buy/dot/com will not accept return and exchange for their DEFECTIVE product. all they will do is to say " i am sorry" when u call them.
