shipping is high, but if you live in CA, it seems they are not charging for taxes.

Can a deal be any worse than this?
I don't know why TD even bothers with the Compusa name. Most of the people who would buy 'deals' from them already know what the score is there. So the only people they can sucker are the not-tbaconech-savvy types, and once they burn them they'll loose them too.
Or at least one would think.
And they are teaming up with PayPal... Bad combo all the way around !
i did the 20 dollars back deal a while ago.....i had to call customer support several times to get my credit. Waste of my time and money.
Aren't a lot of these refurbs because of bad pixels? When you purchase new, you want a perfect screen, but as a refurb, you don't expect perfection and probably won't return it for the same problem. An LCD refurb deal screams BAD PIXELS at me, though other problems are possible, of course.
Nothing says Merry Christmas like a nice refurb.
I'll stick with my Samsung which is scheduled to arrive on Monday.

Looking at these at ODepot- I do not like this brand at all, but only for a monitor. Not a good deal or quality tv for $1000
Avoid this one ppl.. You can get a brand new set from a top manufacturer with more options and even larger for the same cash.
refurbished... reliable? well.....
I would spend 100-200 more to buy somthing else..
