I'm guessing that the subpixels are counted in that resolution measurement. I mean, really, 1440x234? 6:1 aspect ratio? More like 480x234.
do these come with the head rests or just the monitors?

These are total junk....and the headrests look terrible.
No wonder they are cheap.
These are totally awesome. I finally got rid of the old trinitron and replaced it with one of these babies. It looks great mounted to my wall and HD has never looked so good.
