These look pretty cool. Anyone who already have these would mind sharing their experience?

they are a novelty, keeps the kids quiet until they get bored. otherwise... it serves it's purpose for the price. as for quality ... you get what you pay for.

If you don't have kids, these are useless.

Here are the specs to decide if they fit your car:
    # Adjustable tube diameter of headrest: 10, 12, 14 mm
    # Adjustable tube distance of headrest: stepless adjustment within 135 - 185 mm

You'll have to measure how far apart the supports on your headrest are to see if it fits your car. Odds are they fit most cars.

Wouldn't it make more sense to get your kid(s) a portable DVD player? Then they could use it for planes / whenever you need to pacify them.

I can tell most of you don't have kids. A DVD player of ANY kind makes the miles fly by on long trips. My concern with replacing headrests is the safety standards of the new headrests.

Vehicle seats are designed as a complete safety package, including the headrest, and I'm not sure a pair of made in china replacements are really going to do the trick when you're sitting at the stoplight and that semi-truck slams into you.

That said, I prefer the kind that hang from the seat below the headrest.

This is a good deal on decent headrest displays. The problem that you may have is getting a headrest cover that matches your car interior. I was lucky, but I know many people that weren't as lucky as me.

n_rohrer - since these are as cheap as they are, you can buy them and take them to an upholstery shop for refitting and still do ok. Any automotive upholstery place should be able to give you a decent match for your fabric seats.

Love to have these for my 4 door truck. Too bad I have one piece highback seats. No removable headrest Sad Guess I will have to settle for the flip down dome light models.

You will need an Indash DVD player also to make it look nice. And hiding wires from the headrest to the dash won't be easy. Just get a portable player with velcro to attach it to the back of the seat.

Dude a resolution of 1440 x 234, that must be really good for widescreen shows.

Actually, these are great for watching porn in traffic.
