    is it normal? this ratio looks very "skinny"
    and the picture couldn't convince me that this is correct data

    if you're gonna use numbers like 1440, you really should specify that you're counting subpixels

    quite possible that there's an extra 1 in front of 440x234

    its 480x234 they are counting the RGB pixels for the width. If you divide 1440/3 = 480
