Newegg reviews only really faulting the remote so far, not too shabby.

I thought only wal-mart had these
Full 1080p is hard to find with 37" and smaller sets so it's nice to see this one has it. I also like the matte finish. Far to many TV's are going for the high gloss finish which can cause distracting reflections.
