Nope its just way little too pricy against a 7850 2Gb, which this basically matches. No value as it's known a 7850 will be a much better OCr while still using less power.
Id say go with this Asus HD7850-DC2-2GD5-V2 It $180 AR$10 w/FS; OC to 1150Mhz and youre doing very good.
