If you have to go refurbished, I think I would choose the Sharp that was listed yesterday.

Why go refurbished when you can buy a brand new philips with better specs at walmart.com for only $200 more?

Yes, olevia > vizio and olevia has declared bankruptcy.

I bought the 37" refurb Visio in May of last year at buy.com for about $530 and have yet to have a problem with it. It was a good deal for me then and this one seems to be a good deal too. My refurb came with no dead pixels and no visible flaws of any kind.

I thought Philips was getting out of the LCD business.

      #2, because it's $200 less.

Only in America. They are still big in Europe. They're even working on a prototype 3D LCD that works without glasses. Shocked
