Good price, but then I read the firmware is trying to contact an IP address in China:
"The camera ALWAYS attempts to make an outbound connection to a server in China (IP: 58.61.155.158)."

That's probably because the device is set to use the maker's DNS server so that you can access the camera outside of your home. You can always disable it and use your own DNS server. This is one of a hundred Foscam clones and they all have the exact same set up.
