Newegg has the Vonnic VVR1016 16 x BNC UP to 1x2TB (HDD not included) 16 Channel DVR System for $149 - $50 off with coupon code EMCYTZT1943 [Exp 7/24] = $99 with free shipping. Features 3G remote support, search mode, video split, and 30 FPS per channel.
The bigger problem is the iphone or android app that works with it. I have a Esecure and 3 night owls. Obvious I like the Night owls better, the Asee app for iiphone works much better than the esecure one. The MFG's dont make the apps, since all this stuff is made in china, so someone there makes the app too...and usually one app works with multiple devices. Asee app works like a boss, and the Pro version works well for free too. It shows 4 up at a time, where the Asee shows one up. You can click 1,2,3,4,5,6,8 etc to just choose the camera. Aseepro is a little harder, since you have to tap the square and pick the channel. So if you can test the app that works with kguard before hand...I'd do that.
30fps in an unkown format/resolution.
I bet it's waaaay up there right?!
H.264 and CIF (360x240) resolution.
