what #2, do you have problems with yours? I have owned a couple Vornado fans and have never had any problems. Did you read the instructions first?
I got one for $25 only 2 years ago in costco? maybe be just look the same
I highly recommend this. If you live in a 2 story house and it gets warm upstairs, point this up the staircase and move the cool air upstairs.
Waaaay overpriced, there are plenty of plastic fans out there that perform similarly and cost less, but generally speaking you are better off with a larger fan at lower RPM, since it's quieter, needs cleaning dust out less often, motor lasts longer, and creates less turbulence nearby so your papers and such aren't flying onto the floor.
