Why don't somebody try using the ziploc bag under the water now and see if it works? Thanks.

Use the ziplock bag to keep your waterproof pouch protector from getting wet.

We should just stop buying consumer electronics until they start making everything waterproof from the factory. Just think, if they also made waterproof factories we never would have had HDD prices go up!

How could any electronics factory site not be weather-proofed from the beginning? Hoping somebody learned a lesson from the flood in Thailand.
