YUP! These used to be the best before SSDs! I have been running various Raptops PAIRS in RAID0 for the past ten years. Given how noisy and clunky Raptors are... and the MUST-need to attach a Aluminum Heatsink+Fan.... these are so OUTDATED
already. A decent single 120GB (~$80) SSD does 190MB/s READ and 90MB/sec Write.
and SSDs are SILENT! and dont get sunny-side-up HOT as the Raptors.
