I have one of these. It is blazing fast. Unfortunately, it proves that there is a limit to how fast Windows can process data from the hard drive. Although the HD_Speed numbers are from 120-140MBs, Windows isn't any faster.

#3: well, for general windows usage, a hard drive really won't improve the performance. Windows caches its files in RAM, so hard drive seeking is reduced.
You should see some increase in your boot time though.
And, if you play games, or open large files in programs, you should see that loading faster as well.
