You could buy the Blue versions cheaper and then, when they burn out, WD sends you the black versions for replacements. Two so far in the last 3 months...
That happened to me too. Many times I get a larger drive back from RMA. Sucks I have to ship it since the place is on the other side of my nearby freeway.
