Not faster than 3.0Gb/s drives if the reviews I've seen are valid. The new Samsung drive with 2 500Gb platters is a 3.0Gb/s drive and is faster than this WD. Google it.
So what is the point of getting a MB with SATA3 and a hard drive with sata 6.0Gb/s interface if it is no faster than SATA2? Is there any adavantage at all, or is hard drive spin speed too much of a bottleneck?
so with this sata 6.0Gb/s interface, what are the actual read/write speeds?
