I understand that people may think this is a bargain. Yes it is cheaper then prices right after the floods.
I also understand supply versus demand. That being said I am not demanding this drive at this price.

If 3TB hits $70, I'll take 4. Why is warranty shrinking. I thought 3-5 year was norm. Are they making less reliable drives? I guess don't matter cause not gonna buy now.
They are using the past floods as an excuse to price gouge, while reducing warranties to help offset the cost of repairs. Simple and verified through industry insiders.
i paid less than this for my hp proliant microserver....but its useless without hard drives....
