sounds like an ebay ad. naa, probably just from a gov PC with some useless data on it...
WD has release their new raptor call veloci raptor, it is faster quieter and 300gb in size and it is a 2.5" factor size but made to fit into the 3.5"
According to the description on the product page:

I'd say no thanks to this one, especially as the price is nothing special - nor, I imagine, is an EagleBit warranty.
