Same price on Amazon, free two-day shipping...plus the peace of mind of easier returns should the need arise.
I've only had to make one return to Newegg and it was a piece of cake...actually, technically, I didn't even return the item, they told me to keep it and refunded the full purchase price (it shipped free). I've had to make several returns to Amazon and they've never refunded my shipping fees.
