This is a pretty solid price on a very rated drive.

Has anyone actually tried out GHD as yet? They came from out of nowhere a couple of months back and I've had no luck at finding any reviews of them or any feedback at all on how they are as a company.

Nice drive, nice price. 7200rpm is the only way to go these days. stay away form 5400 RPM or slower.

Shippping can take a while. As stated before, solid price for a very well rated drive.

Actually #7 and #8 it is the same drive (Kettle calling the pot Black), both have the same 7200 RPM, SATA 2 (3.0 GBps) and 16 MB of Cache.

OK, no longer a deal. Newegg drop their price by $30, so they are now $10 less including 3 day shipping.

This company used to be EagleTech. Look up the reviews on resellerratings.

Don't bother. They removed the reviews and the listing. I guess when you change names, you start fresh. If I recall correctly, they had a lifetime of 3-something and a 6 month of 2.1 rating. I guess that's why they did what they did.
