      BB = FAIL

      Last order I made through them had a shipping charge of almost 20%, they shipped the wrong items, and the store people were no help because they could not do anything but credit a defunct gift card. Contacted customer support and got a canned response.

      Two weeks later I still don't have the item I ordered and am in CS hell trying to get the credit straight and movie I ordered.
