    I have them. They're not that bad if you treat them right. They're always messed up in the store because people aren't putting them away correctly. Anyways, this is not a good price. I got mine for $150.

    With dumbells, it's better to do lots of reps with lower weight. You get more ripped and avoid injury.

    Each one is maximum 50 lbs which is not even enough for a good free weight bench press.

    If you can only bench 15 pounds you probably can't get them out of the shipping container so they'll last forever.
