To those that say the font is too small:
Hold down "Ctrl" and use your scroll to adjust the size.

jdt: The problem with that is that because the column boxes are fixed-size, text gets bigger but will easily start going outside the columns hideously. I'm also hoping for a variable-size, variable-text page layout, even on my relatively ancient 1024x768 monitor the column of white space on the right is weird.

I couldn't log into my old "anonnie" account, so I just made this one to match my username that I use pretty much everywhere else. Farewell, anonnie!

Also, the Categories box isn't always showing up correctly (the box will be there, but with nothing inside). Also, I don't think "cases" should include laptop bags and ATX mid-tower cases (they should be in two different categories)

OK Ben, now you have confused me again. I was looking at the times these comments were posted. They were displayed as CDT instead of PDT. hard workerto home page and those were PDT. Came back and refreshed page and they went from CDT to PDT.
    Bug or fluke?

fubaconat -- unless we both just randomly had the same "fluke" happen, i think it was a bug.

I second #20. The column literally takes up only 1/3 of the real estate in a 1600x1200 display. The rest of the screen is wasted white space. Variable width is king.

The update has some very nice features, but to be honest, I agree with the other comments about font size and fixed width. I'm using Firefox, 1280 x 768 screen resolution, and a 15.4" monitor--and no matter what combination of Firefox's font size and screen resolution tried, or whether I choose default. basic or large--in order to comfortably read the site there seems to be no way to avoid overlapping of text and images, not to mention and perhaps worst of all the wasted white space. It's pretty annoying. Probably not enough to keep me away, but enough to make the experience uncomfortable.

We'll be introducing some more style sheet options in the next week to address these needs. Thanks for the feedback.

Looks Great!! Been my favorite web site for years. Especially like the Deals/Rebate listing in upper left.. I skip over rebates. For some reason I was unable to log in until I re-registered???

When you first launched the beta, I tried to register and my email never came. However now it says the username already exists but is not active, and does not let me do anything so I had to make a new username.

Can you perhaps delete any that are inactive that may have been created on the day of the first beta test?

I think the text sizing is fine. A 15.4" screen was not meant to display at 1280x1024. Your video card may allow that, but your screen will not be showing you every pixel that it's being fed. It will do a lot of interpolation in between, creating a blurry mess. Especially if you're using IE's fuctup blurry fonts.

useful rodeo cowboy - stick to what you know.

my thinkpad t41's native lcd resolution is 1400x1050 and its crystal clear. plus, cqa stated he's using Firefox.

Variable font size based on the website is very useful since we're all different and have our own preferences.

Site looks good. I wonder how many trolls we'll loose with the required registration prior to posting.
