wow, this is the deal huh ben?
Where ghetto dogs come for the lowdown on deals, and where is the lowdown.
Despite the older case, I thought it was a batter deal @$100:

is this actually worth it? there were 750 gb harddrives for less than this price.
Why would get this when you can get the 320GB version for $135? (unless you really like purple)

It's so worth it because I just love purple!!!
#6 okay barney!
not really worth it, unless you hold blu ray disc in there and do not use a desktop
#3, can you point me to a 750GB laptop drive?
I use a 160GB version of this (Black case though) to hold VM's for work - it's close to full most of the time. It's amazing how fast you can chew up space on VM's. As #9 implies, these rock as a way to augment your laptop, and are also fabulous for moving very large files around assuming you don't have a fast network connecting the drives in question (for example, I move VM's or dev software to my dev boxes at home). You can move 10 or 20GB onto one of these dives fairly quickly (like 10 min to copy 15GB if I remember correctly).
