    Comcast in my area (Boston) has an eSATA port on their Motorola HD DVR cable box, but claim the port is inactive. Wish I could use something like this to get more DVR space!

    It's so canadian bacon that you have to use this specific device to even get external storage with HDTivo/S3 Tivo. Lame.
