How is Amazon for packaging their OEM HDD's? Newegg has known problems.
I just got a couple WD20EARS last week. They come in a small box with two "bookends" of soft plastic that keep the drive floating in the middle with some shock damping. The drives are sealed in a typical static-bag. They work perfectly so far.
