    Amazon seems to be following newegg pricing on hard drives. As soon as newegg ups the prices Amazon follows shortly after.

    They're probably factoring in a class action lawsuit into their revenue calculations and will still probably win. Of course, like all class actions, the class members will get pennies and the lawyers will walk away with fat wa11ets.
