Ordered one, got the second e-mail saying the order has been processed after the first confirmation e-mail. I think Dell would send it out this time.

Ordered one and went through the whole process. Unfortunately I never got a confirmation email, and it looks like dell has no record of the transaction.

Mine hasn't been cancelled, yet. Maybe because I used PayPal? Probably a lot easy to reverse the visa/mastercard transactions.

You will need to convert your games from WBFS to NTFS to support this size drive. I bought 4 of them the last $100 sale, also bought a Seagate, exact same error. Also a bummer is the USB loading speed is slower than WBFS. My 1Tb WD is WBFS compatible, but none of the 1.5's.

Ordered one and got confirmation email as well. So far no cancel email from Dell yet. Hopefully, my order will go thru. If someone wants to talk to Dell, ask for Michael Dell, but no one else. Michael Dell will resolve any issues nicely. Goodluck.

Bought one on a lark, and spoke with a Dell rep to discover it's already in Western Digital's fulfillment system. Guess I got lucky. Cool - I can backup my 500GB and 750GB externals now!

Big problems with PooPal though, probably the last time I use them at any "known" merchant for which I can just create an account. PooPal bastards had an illegitimate credit sitting there and used THAT to charge rather than my credit card - lost my extended protection.

Ordered one early, received confirmation quickly and today, Saturday, Jan 09, received e-mail that it shipped at the $80 price.

Deal, flat down.

Didn't get canceled, but they bumped my ship date out 3 weeks so I called and canceled it myself.

Sucks.

Well I receive the confirmation e-mail, but a few hours latter i receive a order delayed. so supposedly I'll be receiving his hdd until the 01/28/2010. I hope they do send it.XD

This is bullshit. They just delayed my ship date until March.
