#1, usually they don't. But this deal is ... not well thought out. Most people cannot use 1 extra 4GB module (most systems perform better when memory is upgraded in pairs, and don't get me started on laptops) so this is a pretty stupid bundle.
The idea is .. you buy TWO of them (the hard drive).
