eBay with eCost has the refurbished Western Digital WD TV Live Plus Media Player (WDBABX0000NBK-NESN) for $60 with free shipping. Features Netflix streaming, supports DVD navigation, HDMI port, and is Wi-Fi ready (needs adapter). Here's my review for this player.

I'm assuming #4 is referring to the Patriot PCMPBO25 at Newegg for $45 after $45 rebate (good luck with that), doesn't support Netflix and Youtube, and is currently sold out. More capable?

I bought from eCost once. Never again.
