Amazon has the Western Digital WD TV Live Plus Media Player WDBABX0000NBK-NESN for $62 with free shipping. Features Netflix streaming, supports DVD navigation, HDMI port, and is Wi-Fi ready (needs adapter).
http://wdlxtv.com/ I find the latest stock firmware to be pretty capable, but b-rad's add a lot of useful stuff and unlocks some things too. First thing I found that would support subtitles correctly. My Samsung Blu-ray player claimed it would, but I couldn't get them to work over DLNA or off a local USB stick. The WD will do DLNA, but I like it because it will directly read over CIFS, and with custom firmware, NFS as well. The new WD hardware, their Streaming Media Player ($~90), does NFS with the stock firmware.
This is a great product. It supports subtitles. I wish the next model can automatically download subs from the internet.
Make sure you use the BRAD firmware if your streaming from network.
The WD official firmware is horrible.

My order has been stuck in "Shipping Soon" status for a couple days, and now that they're back in stock it's still not shipped.
