      Agree...I've tried a couple of other brands and always end up re-connecting this one...it's the best one out there.

      Do these stream content from a home network ala xbmc or do you need put the content on a usb drive?

      I actually bought this exact unit a couple of days ago from newegg..and i was not happy the product came all scuffed up and damaged and the controller was cracked down the middle~! i understand recertified. but it was half cracked out~!!i returned the unit bought a ejunkie coupon and bought it from staples for $75. oh and also this is a GEN1 box so it does not support DTS.

      It does not appear to support streaming... tho I coud be wrong not owning one.

      I have one of these and it's great. Plays 1080p .MTS files from my Panasonic GH-1. Bought the WD HD new when it first came out and never had any problems with it.

      No, this unit does not support steaming, but the second generation one does.
