I would say its a much better deal than the Akai 1080P one Ben had, even if you don't get the rebate. Westinghouse is pretty okay.

The Westinghouse 42" 1080p has been up several times before. Wrote go back to read reviews. Basically, it's good for it's price, but doesnt have internal tuners

Don't need or want internal tuners if you've got a cable box of any kind, which you usually do.

im actually looking at a 42in sharp aquos at new egg.. its a little more but it also comes with a sharp sound system (which i would prob sell)
