There's a couple of misprints on the description, but I think (if the dimensions are correct) that this is a 39" TV. This would be the best price ever on a 50", so it's just too low to truly be 50".
Also showing $400 regular price. No way that's a a 50".
Wallymart has a similarly-spec'd 40" on sale for $278 iirc.
