Factory Recertified
Buy.com doesn't "really" factory recertify anything... I bought this last time it was posted like a month ago. Mine came like new. Others complained about only the tv coming (no power cables, remote, etc.), it being scuffed, etc.
The TV is good, but I'd be wary of shopping from Buy.com for recertified goods.
Oh yeah... I also paid for 3-5 day shipping and got it shipped 2 weeks later, same time as others who bought it through free shipping.

Their shipping is definitely abnormally slow. Most purchases I've made from them take a week to ship out, and then are shipped via the cheapest methods possible. Can't hang with Amazon.
