Looks like a Western Digital "re-brand". After googling around, it may mean "re-certified" by this 3rd party company with mixed views at best. Also, It sold in Jan 2010 for $53 and looks like there are playing with the shipping.
For me, I will spend a little more for a descent hard drive. This price point is not enough.
