I assume this works on people too. Not for COOKING them obviously (what kind of an animal do you think I am???) I mean, like if you friend has a cold or a flu and they say, "Can you check my temperature?"
If you take pride in your grilled meats, you don't poke them with a huge thermometer because all the juices will run out. You need to learn timings based upon how hot your grill is and also you can touch the meat and know how done it is. This is for n00bs
Open the oven door (or lid) check the meat, open the oven door (or lid), check the meat, repeat, then repeat again and again...
Keep letting all the heat out, Wonder why it's taking soo long to cook?
If it's not still moving around it's ready to eat.
