realcyclist.com has it for same price ($8.99), free ship for over $50, and if you're lucky no sales tax.

backcountry offers free shipping for purchase $50+ as well. I got it from backcountry with no sale tax.

Bump for still on sale and in stock, but (at least on Amazon) stock down to 19 remaining.
