That's very good price for this item.
Anyone confirm if this is valid?

How are we _sure_ it includes a data transfer kit? It doesn't seem to say on the page itself.

I think you can get the data transfer kit for free from xbox. poke around on their website - I think there is a form you fill out and send in.

"Ship ... via Hong kong Air Mail" + no mention of the manufacturer on the page = probably not an official Microsoft product (although the photo suggests that if so, it's a hell of a forgery). Who knows what brand of drive is in there?

Still, it's tempting at half the price of the legit product, and I don't need a transfer cable.

Be careful with the shipped via HK from Meritline, It took them 4 weeks to get me a couple of SATA cables that i ordered thru them, unless they don't use snail mail i would say think about that before ordering, if you have a month to wait for your HDD go ahead.

Best price I have seen so far, but....you would have to be a COMPLETE rodeo cowboy to have purchased the defective, overpriced, ripoff product that this thing attaches itself to.

The PS3 slim will dominate the future of hi def gaming for a long while. The 360 is dead.

Funny how PS3 fan boys look for 360 deals. Yet alone on a deal for a 360 HDD.

    If it's legit, it's a great price.

for those that have it already, there are actually DIY on swapping out the HDD with a bigger one.

I found these same drives on ebay for $10 less with additional 8% cashback from bing. They also ship from Hong Kong.
