Yep. Same hardware as the 250GB console, just no HD installed. Your overall cost will be same-as or slightly more if you buy the HD separately.
Not sure why they decided to put the HDD inside the console it will just cook it to death faster.
I read that they expect the 250GB HDD for the new one to retail for about $130.. so you will save $30 getting it with the HDD, but this sale is $30 off so it would break even...

What makes this better than the version before? Are we still getting red ring of death or the Disk Read Error? Man I'm disappointed in the xBox 360. I owned two of them and both of them crapped out after a year. Crappy product that is all I can say. I owned a Wii too and it working flawless.
