MS will be pushing a new update Xbox 360s to allow them to use USB drives up to 16GB in size for storage. You will be able to use to 2 drives per system so you can get up to 32GB of storage on an Arcade model like this without having to buy a hard drive from MS. Not a lot of storage compared to the 120GB that the regular 360s are shipping with but better than nothing if you're looking to buy an Arcade model.

If you're worried about a hard drive (which you do need for the original Xbox-compatibility mode), the 20GB drive only costs about $50, and you can upgrade the drive inside the caddy if 20GB isn't enough.

Are we sure the Pre-Jasper models are well and truly gone? Or is this an old refurb/backstock that'll scratch your discs, covet my mom, and burn your house down?

The update is good, but it still isn't enough space since new game add-on's are 1gb+ now.

"the 20GB drive only costs about $50"

See how MS has brain-washed you guys into thinking that getting a 20 gig hard drive is ONLY $50??? WTF? You get 1 TERABYTE for $70-$75 consistently on deals website.
