New, but open. So it's been played, but not played. Or Refurbed, but not refurbed. I'll pass on this RROD, but not RROD box. Razz

I just ordered a refurb off Buy.com with 20GB HDD 2 controllers and 3 decent games for 200 with a 1 year warranty. Way better deal.

$150 is a great price. Xbox warranty is easy to claim. Just had a 3 red light error & was able to print their pre-paid mailing label off their site, despite my console being past the warranty period.

remember M$ is giving a $50 rebate with the Elite, so you can get an Elite from Dell for 200.00

Non-Jasper 360's have to be the most unreliable consumer electronic devices ever made; some reports put the failure rate at over 50%. Sure, MS stands behind them, but it's still poopy.

Yea, 50% failure rate is unacceptable. If this were any other product that didnt have teenagers pulling their mommys skirt wanting this thing so bad, we could boycott it and let the manufacturer know we demand better.
