it's pretty cheap...but I haven't been following the xbox 360 around enough, to know if this is a big lack of hardware, and memory?

any other reviews of this bundle?

#2, the 'Arcade' system is missing the hard drive. But those can get picked up for $20 on eBay.
I'll never understand how the wii can still sell 2 million in a month when the 360 is so much cheaper and more fun.

    #2, check out:
    http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/compare101.htm

but realize that the HDMI cable is included. I don't know what else, but this is a start.

#3, the 360 is fun to you, but many others don't agree.

#3, I agree about the Wii. It has evolved this nearly corvette-like mystique about it, and isn't really that terrific. VERY kid friendly, and controllers are an engineering marvel, but gamers will grow tired of it quickly.

Works on the 60Gb version as well - $253 shipped.

Go with the 60GB - you'll need the space. You get 2 games - plus 60GB HD for less than $100 more.

You can now copy contents of games to HD - and play off of that - might prevent disk scratching issues.

wii sells because of the young kids- look at the success of power rangers, ninja turtles, transformers, hannah montana, lizzie mcguire, the olsen twins. Parents will spend just about everything they've got on their kids.

The Wii sells because the Tennis that comes with this bundle will never be as fun as the tennis game on the Wii.

This deal is going for about $199 elsewhere. The 360 has a lot of great games, HDMI, online gameplay and Netflix Watch Instantly capabilities (though you have to pay extra for it). I've never been a big M$ fan, but $159 sounds like a reasonable deal for a reasonably versatile system with lots of titles.

this is a no brainer, especially with the live deal MS is offering.

    http://www.xboxstorageupgrade.com/hh/web/home/hhauthentication.jsp

for $30 they send you a 20gb hard drive and 3 months of xbox live gold. these 360s will be compatible with the offer; i ordered mine from dell on wednesday and it worked.
