Who buys a used or refurbished controller? My God, do you know how many times I've scratched my balls while playing video games? You're likely getting my testicle hands all over your bargain controller. Is that really worth saving $10?
I can relate to that. I find a game that vibrates the controller excessively then I rest the controller on my ball sack.
