it's an ok deal. but my questions are....

    1. doesn't show a hard drive, nor say what size it is or anything. does it have one?

    2. does it come with a controller? be kinda hard to play anything without one.

You don't need a controller as this comes with RROD pre-installed. Just turn on and watch the pretty colors. Hours of endless fun. Also can be used as a space heater. The 30 day warranty scares me. not worth it when for $70 more you can ge the Dell deal NEW with controller AND games. NOT A DEAL.

Despite the passe snark, #3 is right. You'd be better off with the Dell offering. Not necessarily because of the controller, games, and knowledge that it's a new system but because Dell seems to carry the newest generation of X360s. They're quieter and much more reliable.

Not a good deal, Dells is better (as stated already) if it ever actually ships (Dell seems to take orders and then ship weeks later if at all). $100 + shipping ($6-10? I would guess) controler $35, memroy card or HD $20-100
total for refurb system: $140-200, dells new ones are about $170 (no HD).

Very avg deal if you need to replace a RROD one and have all the stuff.

Great price for a wonderful Media Extender. I run my TV, Movies, and Music all through my Windows Media Center. This is a cheap way to add another TV to my Media Center. Just buy a remote for it ($20) and an hdmi cable ($5) and you're all set. You won't need a hard drive for media center, it is all run over the network.

#9 piracy is part of the economy. Get used to it. Also, keep in mind that just because someone pirated it, doesn't mean they would have paid for it otherwise.

#11 I agree, but the red ring of death still scares me away. :-\

At this price, it is disposable. If you get the RROD, just buy another.

S #5 you don't even know what you are talking about... They are completely moddable, they just use the new Lite-On drives and require a tool... But this is not topic for this forum, go push piracy somewhere else, and learn to use google

it is true 80% of xboxes will have problems. It is not a matter of if, but when. MS sure built a crappy product, but it is fun and for the most part they have stood behind it crappiness.

I wouldn't touch a refurbished 360 system with the horrible track record it has set so far with brand new systems.

Then again, microsoft has been good with getting the price relatively cheap so it wouldn't be much more to buy a brand new system with a controller/etc.

I highly recommend saving up for a new system as you automatically recieve the 3 year warranty from microsoft if it ever red rings.
