#2 is correct. It clearly listed as 199.99 on buy.com. The Xbox is getting a pricecut because PS# has already lower their price.
this is a great deal IMO.
The headset pictured in this is the old style with the mute switch on the are where it connects to the controller. I miss that style of headset.

I agree with #7. The new headset sucks but it plugs into the chatpad and, I imagine, some other attachments.

Is "The Magical Red Ring Of Death" one of the included games? I hear it comes with every 360 but for some reason, they don't advertise it. I wonder why.
