Yeah, I used to pay Microsoft quite a bit of money on Xbox Live and purchasing games, updates etc. I never actually played games online. Then they banned me from their store, so I can't give them any more of my money. Still play the same games though.

#1 - They stopped giving the free 13th month as standard. Now those are only on specially marked cards. It's a nice sleezy way to save a bit of money, since the price of the cards hasn't changed much.
