a word to anyone that auto renews xbox live....i had a deal last time where i got 2 years for $60 bucks a good deal i checked a month out before it renewed and was still showing this deal. I checked the day before my auto renew and MSFT had changed it to 12 months for $60, i cancelled the day before my renewal date but msft went ahead and renewed my membership the same day I cancelled which was the day before it was to renew. Now try getting anyone at msft to do anything is not worth the hassle. I have been a member of xbox live since day one so 7-8 year and feel ripped by them this time around. I have kept my auto renew off and will only buy the gold cards on sale....bet im not the only one that got jipped by msft.
